ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
We strive to keep your RV Life Triumphant!
Below are a few of the maintenance and service items we cover.
Cleaning Evaporator Coil & Condensor Coil
Dirt and grime will collect on the coils of an RV's AC unit and greatly reduce the efficiency of the unit.
It is recommended that the AC coils be cleaned and sanitized at least once per year.
Straighten Fins
When the cooling fins are bent, it can decrease the efficiency of an AC unit by 10-30%
Maintenance for each AC unit will generally take approximately 30-45 minutes
AC SERVICE
(Recommended at least once per year)

The water heater tank will build up mineral deposits that can limit the flow of hot water. These deposits can also damage the tank and the heating element.
Many water heaters have an anode rod. It is there to protect the water heater tank. They need to be inspected and replaced when the are 50% or more used.
Maintenance for water heaters is a two-step process. The first step includes inspecting the anode rod and heating element, draining the tank and filling the tank with cleaner, then letting it sit for at least eight hours. The second step includes a return trip to drain the tank, replace the anode rod (if applicable)
and possibly change the heating element.

TANKS

FRESH WATER TANK
(Recommended at least once per year)
Fresh water tanks can build up bacteria, which can lead to several different health ailments.
Maintenance for fresh water tanks is a sanitization process that takes two steps. Step one includes draining the fresh water tank, adding sanitizer to the tank, refilling the tank, running water in every water line intil the sanitizer reaches each line. Step two includes a return trip to drain the tank, refill the tank, drain again, refill the tank,
and flush the water lines.
CLEAN BLACK & GREY TANK(S)
(Recommended at least once per year)
Although tank treatments help break down various things that enter the tanks, they don’t clean the tanks. Tanks can build up struvite which can harden into a rock-like substance. Struvite can reduce the tanks capacity and cover up tank level sensors. Odors can leak from the tanks and cause discomfort to the occupants of an RV. Cleaning the tanks can help all of these conditions.
Maintenance for these tanks takes approximately 30 minutes per tank.
